Amazon has been a longtime supporter of FareStart, a Seattle-based nonprofit that transforms lives, disrupts poverty and nourishes communities through food, life skills and job training. Since 2017, Amazon has provided more than $14 million in in-kind and cash donations. Amazon employees have provided financial support and thousands of volunteer hours. With the help of Amazon and other supporters, FareStart helps more than 1,200 people locally each year. Learn more at www.farestart.org.

 

We are excited to welcome Amazonians to the 2025 tournament! Please note, due to increased player demand and a growing year-over-year waitlist of Amazonians for the tournament, we are changing the registration requirements. In 2025, all tournament participants must be current Amazon employees. This change will allow for the maximum participation of Amazonians.

Event Day Timeline:

10:00 am - Registration Opens & Pre-Golf Activities 

12:00 pm - Golf Begins

5:00 pm - Post Golf Reception

5:45 pm - Dinner & Award Ceremony

Our work aims to break the cycle of systemic inequity by providing people further from opportunity with the tools they need to realize their full potential. 

2024 was a huge year of positive change at FareStart in our work to rebuild and reopen post-pandemic, and we are excited to grow our mission impact this year with our businesses reopened and re-aligned and enhanced programming in place for our students. 2025 begins the second phase of our transition back to our shared support model – balancing donations and earned revenue – and we are working to bring our social enterprise businesses up to a steady state of revenue to support our mission work in FareStart's kitchens, classrooms, and in the local community. The continued support of our donors and supporters as we build capacity and impact is vital to our success this year.
