When do tickets sales open?
Registration will open May 1, 2025 at 10am. In the past, tickets have sold out within hours; so make sure to mark your calendars! Ticket prices will be added here the week before sales go live.
What is included with your admission?
Your admission ticket includes18 holes of golf at the beautiful Golf Club at Newcastle, two golf carts for your foursome, a boxed lunch, an event swag bag, and a buffet dinner.
Who can attend?
Due to increased player demand and a growing year-over-year waitlist of Amazonians for the tournament, we are changing the registration requirements. In 2025, all tournament participants must be current Amazon employees. This change will allow for the maximum participation of Amazonians.
Is there a dress code?
Men: Shirts with collars and sleeves, slacks, or Bermuda shorts of mid-thigh length are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, tee shirts, mesh shirts, sweat pants, warm-up suits, denim, swimwear, short shorts, cut-offs, gym shorts, or other athletic shorts are not permitted.
Women: Dresses, skirts, slacks, mid-length shorts, and blouses are considered appropriate attire. Halter tops, cut-offs, sweat pants, warm-up suits, denim, swimwear, short shorts, or other athletic shorts are not permitted.
Shoes: Appropriate golf shoes are required for all golfers. The use of soft spikes is mandatory.
Items to bring:
Please plan to bring your own clubs, though rentals are available in the pro shop. Be sure to bring sunscreen we are hoping for another sunny tournament day!
Inclement weather:
In the past, we have experienced high temperatures. We advise you to stay adequately hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your round, wear lightweight, light-colored, breathable clothing, and apply sunscreen generously.
Food and beverage:
Boxed lunches will be provided by FareStart for you to pick up when you check-in. Beverage cart attendants wil be cruising the course during the tournament and there will be water stations throughout the course. Following the tournament, please plan to attend the reception and buffet dinner with awards and raffles. There will be a cash bar available during the pre-dinner reception.
FareStart’s Event Ticket Refund Policy:
While tickets are non-refundable, tickets may be transfered if the orginal purchaser/ guests are unable to attend. Alternatively, we’d be happy to convert the cost of your ticket(s) into a tax-deductable donation and provide you with a tax receipt.
